Modus Consulting Limited is a private client accountancy and tax practice serving local businesses, company directors, private individuals and their trusts. We also cater for the needs of clubs, charities and associations. The practice is a member of The Institute of Financial Accountants.
We are located in Wellington Square, Hastings and provide accountancy services, tax advice and associated professional services such as the establishment and administration of trusts, company formation, help on Vat matters and HMRC investigations.
The practice was established in 1999 and since that time has focused on tax planning and accountancy services tailored specifically to each individual client. Our research capability and accumulated financial services experience means that we deliver the best possible solution to client needs. We are methodical and precise in our working practices yet innovative, forward looking and pro-active in our delivery of accounting and tax solutions.

It is our aim to help our clients keep financial control of their affairs and navigate the complex UK tax system in a cost effective way. Our intention is to promote long term client relationships. We welcome enquiries from all sectors of the community and are always pleased to help.
We offer a broad range of services from self assessment tax returns through to the establishment of family trusts. From the accounts of a sole trader through to the affairs of a larger company. Our fees are either fixed cost or charged on a strict time basis pre-agreed before commencement of work. Initial consultations are always free of charge.
