You can access the internet and make telephone calls free of charge in the dedicated computer room, where tea and coffee making facilities are also provided. In addition, if you prefer to use your laptop, a broadband wireless connection is available throughout. In the finer weather enjoy a decked patio garden with an abundance of tropical plants, palms and succulents, sharing space with more traditional scented rose bushes and hanging ivy, all framed by whitewashed pebbled borders .

A varied breakfast menu offers you the best of Sussex produce. Swan House only use local free range eggs, organic bacon and farm sausages. Kippers and local haddock appear on the menu regularly, supplied by one of the distinctive Rock a Nore fishmongers. Bread comes from the award winning Judges organic bakery on the high street and even the preserves are made locally and purchased from the weekly Hastings Old Town market. |
