  • Business Lead for wide range of key TFL projects including Lighting replacement, site investigations, options reports for Lighting
  • Project Champion on PFI Design Support to major PFI service providers
  • Strong experience PFI Contract management, Technical Advise and bid support.  Technical Advisor for London Borough of Hounslow Highways PFI. Supporting Sheffield Highways Joint venture Bid team with specialist knowledge and advise in the preparation of the lighting solutions.
  • Co-authored the County Surveyors Society’s Street Lighting Project SL02 – “Invest to save – sustainable street lighting”. This document gives advice on how to provide, operate and maintain street lighting while reducing energy costs, CO2 emissions and light pollution.
  • Advisor on carbon reduction policy and strategy for non HA Clients such as Transport for London, Westminster City Council & Welsh Assembly Government.
  • Strong local authority portfolio particularly PFI providing Technical Advisor role to Clients as well supporting PFI Contractors in delivery
  • Responsible Manager for compliance with Sector Scheme Requirements.
