Our site staff manage a complete range of installation types including:
- major motorway lighting schemes;
- residential and estate developments;
- town and city centre projects;
- specialist systems including catenary lighting, high mast units, architectural installations, tunnels, underpasses & subways.
Below ground services, overhead lines, street clutter, environmental impact, vehicular and pedestrian access are common place constraints that are managed by the close collaboration of our site and design teams.

Training & Development
Our site teams comprise of inspectors primarily trained as electricians having developed lighting knowledge from previous roles with other consultants or contractors or through on-the-job training.
Consequently we are competent to supervise the installation, testing and commissioning of cable networks and control systems ensuring compliance with specifications and BS7671.

As-built Drawings, CDM
We have access to staff qualified to undertake the duties of CDM co-ordinator.
Mmas Partnership has also produced numerous Operation & Maintenance Manuals and as-built lighting & electrical drawings as a bespoke service to specifiers and contractors alike. |
