Vince Catt NRAC

Vince is a co founder of the company. 

Vince's broad design and construction knowledge gained over 25 years, coupled with a profound understanding of the complexities of the built environment, has proved invaluable in the company’s impressive record over the past six years.

Vince has been involved with developments ranging from the construction of multi- story retail complexes to the renovation of domestic dwellings and listed buildings . 

Vince is a member of the National Register of Access Consultants and is currently an adaptation to premises assessor for the Department of Work and Pensions and is also delivering training to staff at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.

Charles Ellis IHM

Partner and co fouder

Charles spent his career working in the NHS, the last seven years of which were as a board level director of strategic planning. During his career he was responsible for the estate function of a £200 million NHS trust. He was also accountable for implementing the trust's policy in respect of the Disability Discrimination Act. Charles was a non-executive director of a primary care trust between November 2009 and January 2012.

In 2006 Charles had to retire from the NHS due to the progression of multiple sclerosis. As a consequence of his disability, and previous work experience he became interested in all aspects of disabled access, equality training and associated areas. He has extensive experience of providing access advice, access audits, undertaking design appraisals and is particularly interested in ensuring user involvement in developing access solutions.
